Training Center, Chinhat, Lucknow
With the objective to provide skilled manpower and dissemination in the field of
alternative energy and rural energy the Government of India and the Uttar Pradesh
state government has jointly set up a Research, Development and Training Centre
at Deva Road, Chinhut in Lucknow on vast plots land of 12 acres during the financial
year 1991-92.The training center has facilities like auditorium (for about 240 persons),
Confrence Hall (for about 80 persons), 03 lecture rooms (for about 30 persons),
library, guest house (12 rooms), hostel (10 rooms), Dormetry (80 beds)etc.Training
center primarily organises training programmes on alternative energy to the people
of different classes on various topics. In addition to this, other governmental
/ non-governmental organizations are allowed to conduct training programmes at nominal
rates, this on one hand disseminates the alternative energy programs / plants on
the other hand maintains the continuity in activities of the center.
Training Center, Ghosi, Mau
The Centre was established in the financial year 1998.Training programs has not
been conducted at the Center due to lack of necessary facilities in the past. Presently
the action is being taken to provide the said facilities. After that training programs
will be organized.
Training center, Sier Mau, Kannoj (under construction)
The total estimated cost for the establishment of the training center under construction
is Rs 1787.87 lakhs.The government has sanctioned the amount during the financial
year 2014-15.
